The hot spring baths were the best part of our Easter weekend getaway. The large pool inside and small outdoor pool were comfortable and the thermal water was refreshing. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the river and the sunsets from the top floor. The location was perfect, very close to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even had a play area for kids with lots of games.
The room was relatively small and the bathroom/toilet was a bit cramped. We had a late dinner slot which made us feel a bit rushed through the meal. However, the overall experience was great and we appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and good coffee available in the lobby. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area.

The hotel’s location is impressive as it offers views of a beautiful river. the bedrooms are relatively comfortable with soundproof walls. Free tea and juice in the lobby were a sweet welcoming gesture.
The onsen experience was quite disappointing as the outdoor bath was too small for the number of guests, making it almost impossible to relax in the water.
